Club Support Form (Click Here)
To be eligible to apply for club support you are required to attend 6 shoots in the desired discipline you are seeking support. Once you have satisfied the requirements of the club, complete and pass on the club support form to the relevant discipline delegate for which you are seeking support. This will then be tabled at the next committee meeting.

PLEASE NOTE:
Retrospective shoots are only valid if the delegate agrees they are recent enough.
There is a card available in the clubhouse for the delegate to sign off if needed
